Di Dawson
Di has been an IT trainer for 16 years, having delivered a range of IT-related programmes to the private and public sector. As an experienced trainer of Assessors she has more recently been supporting the development of ITQ Assessors using a blended approach.
Terry Loane
After many years experience in the world of education and training, Terry Loane has worked as a freelance e-learning specialist since 2003. His main interest is in finding and implementing practical and affordable ways of using technology to enhance the learning experience.
